Molly

Molly Lamb has been teaching Pilates since 1999. She is certified by the Physicalmind Institute and has a B.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona.  A Bay area native, Molly gained her initial passion for movement from dance and interest in rehabilitation through working in physical therapy. This allowed her to develop a keen sense of using exercise to rehabilitate the body from acute injury to minor chronic discomfort.

Molly completed her pre- and post-natal Pilates certification with the Center for Women's Fitness in 2006, and is passionate about giving women the workout tools they need to keep their bodies strong and comfortable during pregnancy and beyond.

Molly enjoys the challenge of creating customized workouts that are safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels. She encourages her clients to explore the balance of strength and awareness that Pilates can bring to everyday life.

Yvonne

Born and raised in Australia, Yvonne established herself as a young professional within the I.T space for the first 10 years of her career. In 2014 Yvonne took a break from I.T when she moved with her husband and 2 year old son to the Bay Area. After adding an additional 2 children to their family Yvonne discovered a passion for movement and body awareness which drove her to complete her Comprehensive Pilates instructor training at the College of San Mateo & Balanced Body. She continues to expand her knowledge of the body with certification from NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program) and is currently completing certifications in CoreAlign® and massage therapy.

In Feb 2020, Yvonne ruptured her ACL in a skiing accident which lead to ACL surgery & many hours of physical therapy. ACL surgery has helped Yvonne develop a more in-depth understanding of functional movements of the joints & the importance of strengthening and stretching not only the muscles and joints involved in the surgery but holistically as total body movement.

Yvonne’s passion is to take her knowledge and experience and help her clients to achieve what they want their body to do for them.
